Jürgen Schmid and Carlo Bet stand with their good names for tasty gastronomy; be it in the Bärenstobe, Taverne or in the Wiichöller. The two have known and appreciated each other since their time together at the Säntispark in Abtwil and at the Römerhof in Arbon.
With his Mediterranean cuisine with Alpine influence Jürgen Schmid achieved 13 GaultMiliau points at the “Aglio e Olio”.
