Jürgen Schmid and Carlo Bet stand with their good names for top gastronomy; be it in the Bärenstobe, the Taverne the wine cellar Wiichölle. The two have known and appreciated each other since their time together at the Säntispark in Abtwil and at the Römerhof in Arbon.
